Notice of Infringement – Claim

- Details of the infringing material and how to locate it;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement asserting unauthorized use of the material;
- A statement confirming the accuracy of the information provided.
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), penalties can be imposed against those who knowingly misrepresent information in an infringement notification. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for immediate attention.
We may disclose the identity of the claimant in any copyright infringement claim to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice due to a copyright infringement claim, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored. The counter notification must include your signature, details of the removed material, and a statement acknowledging misidentification.

- Description and original location of the removed material;
- Statement confirming misidentification;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers. We keep track of DMCA notices and take action against those who repeatedly violate copyright laws by terminating their accounts.
